Potential bidders and other interested parties may use this site to access information about all prior and currently available Navy BRAC properties that are up for auction, including property information, news updates, due diligence material and the ability to participate in online auctions. In addition, this site will serve as a portal to the Navy BRAC Program Management Office website. All visitors are encouraged to register to get regular email updates on the Navy BRAC public sale offerings.

"BRAC" is an acronym that stands for Base Realignment and Closure. It is the congressionally authorized process DOD uses to reorganize its base structure to more efficiently and effectively support our forces, increase operational readiness and facilitate new ways of doing business.
